The Congress doesn't have the Constitutional authority to force this on it's citizens, so if they are hell bent on doing it anyway when the polls show <a href="http://www.quinnipiac.edu/x1295.xml?ReleaseID=1408" rel="nofollow">60% of the people oppose the way it's being handled</a>, then nullification is the only answer to an overreaching federal government.
