House Lawmakers to Discuss Transportation Funding

New year’s budget a $7 million reduction over last, according to agency head Gerald Nicely. About $899 million of the roughly 1.8 billion in proposed transportation spending derives from state taxes and fees, $844 million from the federal government, and $37.8 million comes from other sources.
